Samantha woke up at three o’clock. I thought if I gave her, her soother she would go back to sleep. She was hungry so I had to fed her. It seems since she has been sick she wakes up in the middle of the night.

Samantha woke up again at seven forty five. After I had fed her I had a shower, got dressed and had my breakfast.

We have an appointment with the lawyers this morning. They want a cheque for $120,102.68. The house costs $217,00 minus $10,000 deposit, $90,000 mortgage, $35.32 taxes, $2.00 water taxes plus $2340 1% tax on $200,000 and 2% tax over $200,000, $800 lawyer fee= $120,102.68.

We have most of the money except we’re still waiting for the RRSP to be transferred. Charlie went to the banks to get the cheques.

Van City Credit Union phoned, I told them Charlie was coming into the bank this morning. I asked if the RRSP had come through. She said she would ask the RRSP clerk to check into it. I said I would hold on while they checked. She came back on the line to say Charlie was in the bank and she would talk to him.

When Charlie came home he said Van City hadn’t transferred the money yet but it would in our account in an hour. They said they would allow us to have the money earlier so Charlie was able to get a cheque for $59,000 from Van City and $61,2012.68 from Canada Trust. Charlie also got the house insurance from Van City.

I sure was relieved to have everything settled. I was feeling really panicky.

We went to the lawyers after eleven o’clock. We had to sign a lot of papers. It was all pretty straight forward. Then we gave him our cheques totaling $120,102.68. He said the money would be paid out tomorrow at 2:00 p.m.

Then we stopped at the library, Van City and Save On Foods. We took Alex to school and came home.

I had fed Samantha t eleven o’clock. When I put Sam into her crib, she slept until two o’clock.

Samantha and I picked Alex up form school and came home. I did the laundry and put it away.

I started cooking dinner before five o’clock. Samantha woke up after five o’clock. We ate dinner after I finished feeding Sam. She went to bed at six thirty.

I wrote in the journal for awhile. Alex went to bed at nine thirty. Then Samantha woke up. After feeding her I gave her, her medicine and put her to bed.

It’s eleven twenty I’m going to bed.

The movers came after eight o’clock. It took them about three hours to get everything into the truck. I stayed at Mom and Dad’s while Charlie went with the movers.

Charlie took the crib in the truck so Samantha slept in the stroller. It sure hasn’t been a good time to move. I can’t do anything I just don’t have the energy.

Charlie phoned around four to say the movers had left and he had set up the crib. Charlie is going to be tired having so many things to do.

Alex, Samantha and I went over to our new house. I’m not exactly too sure what exactly we did, but I’m sure it wasn’t too much.

I didn’t go to bed too early since I fed Samantha at ten thirty.

Alex went to bed quite late as well.
