I woke up at eight o’clock to hear Alex throwing up in the bathroom.
We sat and watched TV, I had breakfast and got dressed.
We went out for lunch and got a part for the mixer.
We came home before one o’clock. Alex painted downstairs for awhile. I vacuumed the house, cleaned the bathrooms and cleaned the floors. Then I had a shower, got dressed and started dinner. Alex was asleep, he fell asleep after three o’clock.
I had dinner at five o’clock,, I let Alex sleep. Alex woke up at five thirty, he had dinner after six o’clock.
After six thirty we went downstairs to exercise. We came upstairs and watched TV.
I wrote in the journal for about an hour and a half.
I’ll probably go to bed around eleven o’clock.
