I woke up at eight thirty. We had breakfast then I had a shower and got dressed.
In the afternoon we went to the diabetic doctor. I thought it was in Royal Columbian Hospital but it’s across the street. Luckily I had phoned before we went.
Alex and Charlie went to the market in New Westminster while I was seeing the doctor. I wasn’t too impressed with Dr. B., she kept on yawning the whole time I was there. I asked her a few question but she said you’ll learn all about that at the clinic. Dr. B took my blood and it was 4.7, she said that was good. Then Dr. B gave me a prescription for the diabetic supplies and asked me to make an appointment with the receptionist for the diabetic clinic.
By the time I got out it was two o’clock. Alex and I came home Charlie went to work. We ate dinner at six o’clock. Alex went to bed at eight o’clock. I went to bed at ten o’clock.
