I woke up at nine o’clock. Alex and I had breakfast then I had a shower and got dressed.
I took Alex to his gym class and came home. We went to London Drugs to see about the diabetic supplies but they didn’t have what I needed. I asked for the prescription back just in case I need it tomorrow.
We ate dinner at six o’clock. Alex went to bed at eight o’clock. I watched tv and went to bed at ten o’clock.
