Samantha woke up at seven thirty for her feeding. She must of woken Alex up since he was in her room giving her her soother. Alex said he needed to go to the bathroom that Samantha hadn’t woke him up.
After I fed Sam I put her in the playpen while I made breakfast. I then had a shower and got dressed.
Kim phoned around ten o’clock and invited us over for lunch. She is staying at Mom and Dad’s. She had been living in Manitoba but decided to move back to B.C. There isn’t too much for them to do since she doesn’t have a car.
We were going to the motor vehicle branch first but Charlie said it was too late and would be too busy.
We got there at eleven thirty. Alex and Orion played video games. Orion also played pool.
The blind wouldn’t go up in the family room at the patio door. Charlie spent most of the time fixing it. Kim felt quite badly but it must of broken before. We had a nice lunch and talked mostly of the family. It seems a bit strange but it’s a special situation. Kim sure is having a tough time right now.
We got home after two o’clock. Alex went to play with Rick. I fed Samantha before Charlie went to work. That way someone can keep an eye on Alex. Alex told me one day to quit looking for him. I told him he’s lucky to have me looking out for him and he should be nice to me.
I made dinner after I put Sam in her crib. She keeps on going onto her back. So I just leave her Samantha finally fell asleep at four thirty on her back. I took a picture of her which startled the poor girl! Then I put her onto her back which disturbed her sleep. Sam did go back to sleep right away.
I called Alex to come into the house as it was hailing outside. I wrote a letter to Mom and Dad then we ate dinner.
After dinner I did the dishes and a load of laundry. Then it was time to wake Samantha up for her feeding. Sam is in the playpen now while I’m writing. It looks like she needs another nap before her feeding then we’ll go to bed.
