Alex woke me up to ask me if he could have a shower. I don’t know why he does that. I never have a shower before Samantha wakes up.
Samantha woke up at eight o’clock. She sure is stuffed up, it’s too bad I couldn’t give her something.
After I fed her I had my breakfast and got dressed then I did the dishes.
Samantha ate again at ten o’clock. She still isn’t eating enough but I can’t get her to eat too much since she’s feeling so miserable. Sam had a nap after her feeding.
I did the laundry, made our beds and tided up the house. By that time it was time to go to school
We saw Bonny leaving. I told Alex to run over to her and ask her if Marty asked if he could come over today. After I had gotten Samantha out of the car I went over. She said Marty said he was going to Alex’s house. Alex could come over to their house if Alex wanted to. We’re all well right now. I said Samantha is sick now. She said the poor little thing, she looks like a tulip! I said I know. Bonny said to Alex so Bonny will pick you up today Alex. Alex said okay.
After taking Alex to school I went to the lab at Leigh Square to get more urine bags. The nurse told me that it’s very hard to get a urine sample from female babies. I said well it leaked at the bottom. She said that’s where it usually leaks.
When we came home I fed Samantha and had my lunch. Samantha went for a nap at three o’clock.
I remembered that this morning Alex said to me how come Samantha gets to eat breakfast first. I said she’s a baby. Alex said it isn’t fair.
I wrote in the journal for about an hour. I went to pick up Alex at four thirty. We went to Safeway afterwards. I bought a few groceries and a aspirator to try and clear Sam’s nose.
Of course when we got home Charlie asked WHAT’S FOR DINNER! I said you’ve been home all this time. He said I’ve had to hold Samantha all the time! I said what do you think I do all day.
Charlie made himself and Alex dinner while I fed Samantha. This time she ate for half an hour which was a lot better.
I ate dinner at seven o’clock. Charlie held Samantha while I did the dishes and had a shower. Samantha went for a nap at eight o’clock. Alex got ready for bed at eight o’clock as well. Even though he complained a lot.
I’m writing in the journal now, it’s almost nine o’clock. I have to feed Samantha again then I’ll go to bed.
