I woke up at nine o’clock. Alex and I had breakfast then I had a shower and got dressed.
We didn’t go visit Dad today, since Charlie is on dayshift. Dad isn’t up to having any children around just yet.
When Mom got home from seeing Dad she phoned me. She said that Dad’s still quite depressed and he’s not eating. He says he doesn’t have an appetite at all. Mom said she’s going to buy him a bottle of an energy drink.
Charlie came home at four o’clock. We ate dinner at five thirty. We watched tv after dinner. Alex went to bed at eight o’clock. I watched tv and went to bed at ten o’clock.
