Samantha woke up at seven o’clock. After her feeding I made breakfast then I put Sam back to her crib. I had my shower and got dressed.
I made Alex his breakfast did my chores around the house and gave Alex his lunch. Then it was time to get ready to go to school.
Alex sure is excited about Valentine’s Day, that’s all he seems to think about and talk about. Lettie said Joy is doing the same thing. Mrs. Wall didn’t send a note home about what they’re doing at least I never got one. Alex has been telling me what’s happening on Valentine’s Day. That’s pretty good for him.
Patrick came home with us after school today. That’s always a treat for me as I get some peace and quiet while they are playing. Alex doesn’t talk to me until his friend goes home.
In the car, Patrick said babies sure are cute. When my brother was a baby I use to tickle his feet until he fell over.
When Morgan came to get Patrick she said she had gone to the doctors. She said she had been coughing a lot lately. The doctor said she had a slight case of pneumonia. Morgan said Tony had it for three weeks but it didn’t get bad like hers.
I told her Marty’s sister has whooping cough. Morgan was surprised, she said she thought whooping cough had been wiped out.
We ate dinner at five thirty. Samantha ate at seven o’clock. Sam and Alex went to bed about the same time. I went to bed at ten o’clock.
