Samantha woke up at seven thirty this morning. After I fed her I took her temperature. It’s 37.20, I sure was glad to see that it had come down. I was going to put her in the playpen but she wasn’t feeling good so I put her in her crib. All she seems to want to do is eat and sleep. Samantha doesn’t want to stay awake for very long.
Alex woke up when I was putting Samantha to bed. I made Alex his breakfast and took his temperature, it’s 37.27C. It looks like we won’t have to go back to the doctors.
After I had my shower, gotten dressed, I had breakfast. Then I made the beds, did the dishes, cleaned up the kitchen and did more laundry. I feel like all I do is laundry.
Samantha woke up at eleven o’clock. I tried Pablum but she didn’t want it she wanted her milk first. After Sam’s feeding I gave her a bath and put her to bed. She was pretty cranky when she went to bed.
Samantha woke up again at two o’clock. It seems like I just get her to bed when she wakes up again. Of course there’s Alex who seems to always ask me to make him something to eat. Busy, busy, busy.
I started to cook dinner at four thirty. We ate at five o’clock.
Samantha woke up at five thirty. She was so upset when she cried she lost her voice. At six o’clock she finished eating and went back to bed. There’s no point in keeping her up she just cries anyways.
After dinner we watched TV and I wrote in the journal. Alex is getting ready for bed except he wants to play one game of Ninja Turtles. Always an excuse to delay going to bed.
I probably will go to bed at ten or eleven o’clock.
