Samantha woke up at eight thirty. I sure was tired this morning. I could hardly get out of bed.
Charlie and Alex left for the hospital at nine o’clock. They had to go drop off Tina and Beau’s jackets at their friends house. Lin said they would be leaving tomorrow morning.
I fed Samantha again at ten thirty then she went for a nap.
I did quite a few loads of laundry, did the beds and cleaned up the kitchen.
Charlie and Alex came home at one o’clock. Everything seemed to go okay. Alex’s counts were up so Dr. K increased Alex’s medication; Mercaptopurine to one pill daily, Methotrexiate to 6 pills weekly, prednisone and Septra stay the same.
Charlie said next month Alex has to have an LP.
Alex said they saw Sheila. She said to say hi to Samantha and me. Alex said she works upstairs that’s why we haven’t seen her for awhile.
Charlie said Lenore is quitting. Lenore wants someone to share her work but they won’t allow it.
Alex wanted to play outside but I said no. I want him to rest. Of course Alex was mad.
Charlie had to go to work. He wanted to take the day off but they wouldn’t allow it.
Alex played outside later in the afternoon. The only trouble with him playing outside is that he forgets how tired he is until I call him inside. Then he’ll cry at any little thing.
We ate dinner at five thirty. I had fed Samantha at two o’clock given her a bath and fed her again at six thirty.
Alex went to bed at eight o’clock. It sure is hard getting him to bed. There’s always some kind of complaint.
I went to bed at ten thirty, after I had fed Samantha. Charlie came home at that time.
