Samantha woke up at seven thirty, she was really hungry. No wonder she missed one of her feedings.
Sam went for a nap at nine thirty. I did some work around the house until she woke up at noon. Samantha and I went to Mom and Dad’s. Mom and Dad were just coming home when I arrived. They had just come from Woolco. After they got their stuff out of the car, they had an argument. Mom claimed she had labels in the shopping cart and Dad said there weren’t any. Dad started to swear and Mom said there isn’t any point in talking to you any more you aren’t listening to me. Dad said you aren’t listening to me.
So much for having a nice quiet visit. Dad didn’t come near us most of the time. He was probably still mad! Mind you he went out later to get Mom’s labels.
When I got home at three o’clock. I started to cook dinner. Unfortunately the power went off at five o’clock and dinner wasn’t totally cooked. Charlie cooked it on the barbeque. Apparently the transformer blew, next door had power but we didn’t. Charlie thought there was something wrong with our electricity because Lola had power. Luckily we didn’t have a problem.
Charlie got Alex ready for bed at eight thirty. I fed Samantha at nine o’clock and went to bed shortly afterwards.
