Alex woke me up at ten o’clock, I told him he had to have a bath. Alex cried and cried, I don’t want a bath he said. I told him I was going to throw him into the bathtub. Alex ran and got into the bathtub, he thought that was a big joke.
Charlie went to the dentist. Alex was very upset that Charlie didn’t give him a kiss and a hug before he left. I took Alex out of the tub and got him dry. I got him dressed and then we had breakfast. I got dressed and did the laundry. Then I cleaned up the house, did the dishes, put the dishwasher on and put away Alex’s clothes.
We had lunch and then Alex watched Curious George on TV.
I made rice crispies squares and Charlie left for work. Alex played in his room for awhile. We went for a walk at four o’clock.
Shirley, Brent and Monique came around five o’clock. I went to McDonald’s and got our dinner. After dinner we went outside, Alex and Brent took turns riding Alex’s bike. We came in before seven o’clock.
Alex and Brent played in Alex’s room. Shirley, Brent and Monique left after eight o’clock.
Alex went to bed shortly after they went.
I wrote in the journal for about half an hour. I watered the lawn from eight until ten o’clock. I’ll go to bed soon, it’s almost eleven o’clock.
