I woke up at eight o’clock. Alex had woken me up at three o’clock this morning. He said his legs hurt. I gave him some Tempra then we went back to sleep.
I had a shower then I got ready. Shirley came at 9:30 a.m. and we went to English Bay. The Sea Festival is on right now, actually today is the last day.
We walked along the beach but not much was happening. We walked over to Frisco’s and had brunch. Then we walked back to the car and drove to Kitsalino Beach to watch the bathtub’s come in. Around three o’clock we went back to English Bay and walked around for awhile. We went to a Greek restaurant and had dinner. We left around five o’clock.
I got home at 6:30 p.m., it was a really good day for me. I didn’t have anyone asking me anything or telling me to do something. I had a bath when I got home, Charlie and Alex were out.
About ten minutes after I got home Charlie and Alex came back. Charlie did everything he could to annoy me, he thinks everything is a big joke. It made me feel as though he had ruined my day. You would think he could at least ask if I had a good time but oh no he has to irritate me.
Charlie and Alex had dinner while I went out to the sundeck and wrote in the journal.
Charlie went grocery shopping, I cleaned up the house. Alex had his bath and got his pajamas on. Alex went to bed around ten o’clock.
I wrote in the journal until after eleven o’clock. I hadn’t done any writing since last Thursday so I had a lot of writing to do.
It’s now 11:15 p.m. I’ll go to bed soon.
