I forgot that yesterday Alex, Samantha and myself moved to Mom and Dad’s. Charlie spent most of the time to finish packing. He was really exhausted.
Charlie was up at the house while the movers took all our furniture.
Samantha had her feedings at two, five thirty and eight o’clock.
The movers didn’t come down until the afternoon. They really know how to stack the furniture up properly to get everything in. Everything was moved in by three o’clock and the movers paid.
Joan and the kids arrived down around five o’clock. Luckily they had been able to make it down. Joan’s been having trouble with the van and had phoned last night to say they couldn’t make it. That really upset Mom who had been looking forward to seeing them before they go south.
Paige is as cute as ever, she’s such a happy child. Even her voice sounds happy, a gem to be around. She wasn’t too interested in Samantha, more interested in following the other kids around.
Mom and Joan took turns holding Samantha. Joan would love to have another child.
Mom made a special dinner of turkey and the works with Black Forest cake for dessert. She always goes to so much trouble.
Samantha ate again at noon, three, seven and nine o’clock.
I would have liked to stay up longer but I was too tired and went to bed after Samantha.
