I woke up at ten o’clock. Alex and I had breakfast. Then I had a shower and got dressed. Charlie went out shopping while I took down the decorations off the tree. Alex was at Kurt’s house playing, which was a good time for me to take down the decorations.
Alex came home at twelve thirty, he said they were having lunch. The first thing Alex said when he came upstairs was why are you taking the decorations down. I said Christmas is over and it’s time to take the decorations down.
I asked Charlie to take the tree outside after he had lunch. Then I vacuumed the living room, it took me awhile since I had to vacuum all the needles up from the Christmas tree. Charlie left for work at two thirty. I decided to arrange the living room differently for a change.
Alex and Kurt were playing in his room. Kurt had come over at one o’clock. When Alex came into the living room he said WHAT! I didn’t say anything then Alex said how come the furniture is like that. I said I wanted to have the furniture different for a change.
Nora phoned at four o’clock and asked us to send Kurt home.
I started to cook dinner, we ate at five thirty. Alex decided he didn’t like his dinner. I told him if he didn’t finish his dinner he wouldn’t get anything else until breakfast tomorrow. Alex was really mad at me, he screamed I don’t want to!
When I told Alex it was almost time for bed. Alex said he wanted his dinner heated up so he could finish it and have a snack. Alex finished his dinner and had a snack then he got ready for bed. Alex was asleep by eight thirty. I watched TV and went to bed at eleven o’clock.
