I woke up at eight o’clock. I had a shower got dressed and had my breakfast.
Judy of Season Realty had phoned last night, she has a client who wants to see the house at twelve or twelve thirty.
So here we are again cleaning up the house. At least we don’t have to do so many things since we did most of the cleaning yesterday.
Dean phoned before eleven o’clock, he said Chris of Multiple Realty had an offer from his client. Dean said he would be over at eleven thirty.
Dean came first then Chris came shortly afterwards. The offer is for $177, 000 financing to be arranged by the 26th, to include the fridge, stove, dishwasher all drapes and vacuum canister. We felt it was a good offer. Dean said he wants the date for the financing to be changed to September 22nd. Chris said his client should be able to accept that. We had to initial the changes and so will the other people. Now we will have to wait for the financing to go through.
Judy arrived before we were finished. Dean told Charlie to tell he to wait a few minutes that there was someone in the house. She left and came back fifteen minutes later.
I went to Save On Foods to buy a few groceries and picked up Kelly.
Dean phoned later in the afternoon, he said Heather of Royal LePage wants to bring a client at seven thirty. He said she knows that there has been an offer.
We ate dinner at five thirty. After dinner we watched Cosby. Then we tided up the house and put away Alex’s toys.
Heather and her client arrived at seven thirty. They stayed for quite awhile.
Alex got ready for bed then he watched the second Cosby show. Alex went to bed at eight o’clock.
I watched tv and went to bed at nine o’clock. I was really tired.
