Alex came into our bed in the middle of the night. Around four o’clock I felt squished, so I went into Alex’s bed. Charlie got Alex dressed and got him breakfast around eight o’clock. I got up around nine o’clock and had breakfast. I did the laundry, our sheets and Alex’s sheets.
Marla phoned and she had some things to lend to Alex. She lent Alex; talking Big Bird, some books, etch a sketch and some finger paints. Lanie wanted to wave to Alex, so we stood out in the sundeck. Marla’s neighbourhood has chicken pox, so she didn’t come in. Marla has had it but she doesn’t want to take the chance.
Alex listened to Big Bird then he wanted to paint.
I cleaned the bathrooms and Charlie got Alex lunch, they had noodles and meat. I had lunch around one o’clock.
I went to Toy City around 1:30 p.m. and got Alex a new puzzle. I got back at 2:00 p.m., Alex and I did his puzzle.
Charlie went to work before three o’clock, Alex and I went for a walk. Alex got a book from Margaret, Mom’s friend.
We had dinner around five o’clock. Alex complained the whole time I was cooking dinner. He said I can’t wait, I can’t wait.
Alex and I went outside after dinner. He rode his bike and I washed down the house.
We came in after seven o’clock, Alex had some cookies and cheese. Before we came in some guy came around trying to sell something I guess. I told him Alex couldn’t get too close to people I was afraid he might have something contagious. We were standing by the gate and he was standing by the garage. He said he would come around during the day. Charlie said I should of told him to get lost!
Alex went to bed after eight o’clock. I wrote in the journal until ten o’clock, I got ready for bed after eleven o’clock.
